Network connectivity issues in Calgary

The MPLS connectivity issues in Calgary have been resolved by TELUS. Some networking equipment in the office belonging to TELUS failed and was replaced.
The TELUS MPLS router in the Calgary office is having hardware issues, which was resulting in intermittent connectivity. The interoffice communication for Calgary has been routed over the standby connection, and TELUS has dispatched a technician to do a repair. The services in Calgary should work normally but there may be a small performance degradation accessing services in the datacenter or other offices until the connection is fixed. Internet access should continue to work normally.
Calgary is experiencing intermittent wide area and internet connectivity. TELUS has reported an issue with the MPLS network. Corporate IT and TELUS are investigating.
