Remote Desktop Gateway Interruption

There was a momentary interruption in the Remote Desktop system that affected a server in Edmonton. Users connected to remote desktops physically located in the Edmonton office had their connections dropped, and users trying to connect to remote desktops anywhere in the company during the outage would not have been able to do so.

Users with established connections to Desktops in most other offices would not have been affected.

The problem has been resolved.
