Vision/iAccess, Project Provisioning outage for maintenance from 2024-10-04 20:00 MDT to 2024-10-05 12:00 MDT

Please note the below mentioned IT System outage:

Reason for Outage:
Maintenance

Start Date and Time:
2024-10-04 Friday at 21:00 Mountain Time

End Date and Time:
2024-10-05 Saturday at 12:00 Mountain Time

Services Affected:
During the outage period, you will not be able to log into Vision and iAccess, including electronic timesheets, or the Deltek Touch Time & Expense phone app. Anyone in Vision, iAccess or the Deltek Touch Time & Expense phone app will be disconnected.

If you need to record your time worked during this outage, please use your day timer or another similar note-taking mechanism until Vision, iAccess, and the Deltek Touch Time & Expense phone app are available. As usual, best practice is to have timesheets completed by end of the day Friday.

Services not Affected:
No other services will be affected.
