Please note the below mentioned IT System outage is going to be longer than usual due to more things that need to be done. If the maintenance is done early, we will send another email to let everyone know.

Reason for Outage:
Maintenance

Start Date and Time:
2025-01-10 Friday at 21:00 Mountain Time

End Date and Time:
2025-01-12 Sunday at 10:00 Mountain Time

Services Affected:
During the outage period, you will not be able to log into Vision and iAccess, including electronic timesheets, or the Deltek Touch Time & Expense phone app. Anyone in Vision, iAccess or the Deltek Touch Time & Expense phone app will be disconnected.

If you need to record your time worked during this outage, please use your day timer or another similar note-taking mechanism until Vision, iAccess, and the Deltek Touch Time & Expense phone app are available. As usual, best practice is to have timesheets completed by end of the day Friday.

Services not Affected:
No other services will be affected.
