Issue

iAccess in the Microsoft Edge Browser is not currently working on AE computers that are connected to the VPN or that are in the office network. If you try to open iAccess while in Edge while on the VPN or in the office, you get stuck in a loop of repeating login prompts.

To work around this problem, there are three options:

  1. Use the full Vision client while on the VPN or in the office.
  2. Go to iAccess from home, while not connected to the VPN.
  3. Use a browser other than Edge, such as Firefox or Chrome.

Corporate IT will be working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
