Remote Desktop Access Maintnance from 2026-05-01 19:30 MDT to 2026-05-03 17:00 MDT

This work ran into unforeseen technical difficulties and has been rolled back. The system is up and running again. No additional updates to this system will be done until further notice.

A system upgrade for the remote desktop system will be performed during the outage window. The system will be completely offline and users will be unable to remote control workstations from home on Friday May 1 starting at 7:30 PM. Computers for accounting users will be prioritized due to month-end, with a target to be available by midnight May 1. Computers for other users will follow, and the upgrade will be completed at or before May 3 at 5:00 PM.
