Red Deer Office Internet Connection Outage (ISP related)

Issue has been resolved.

The internet connection has been restored. Corporate IT is monitoring the situation.

There is currently an unplanned internet service outage at the Red Deer Office. Shaw is aware of the issue and is working on the problem. Currently, there is no ETA for when the connection is expected to be up.
Corporate IT is monitoring the situation.

During the outage, users will be unable to make calls or join meetings in Teams or other conferencing tools or use the internet. Remote desktop users from the office will not be able to access their desktops remotely using Parallels.

VPN users should be able to work from home normally.
